Please be advised that the confirmation of a transaction does not guarantee the immediate crediting of funds into the beneficiary’s account. It is important to note that due to the nature of the internet, transactions may encounter interruptions, transmission blocks, delays, and erroneous data transmissions. OneKhusa cannot be held liable for malfunctions in communication facilities beyond its control, which may affect the accuracy or timeliness of transactions initiated by the Merchant. Additionally, we expressly disclaim liability for transactions processed with incorrect beneficiary account numbers or wallet numbers provided by the Merchant. OneKhusa shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity, financial or otherwise arising from the exposure, theft, compromise, or misuse of API Credentials due to the Merchant’s (or their Developer’s) negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow security best practices.

Processing Delays and System Slowness (Latency)

OneKhusa provides its services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for near-instant processing, the Merchant agrees that OneKhusa shall not be held responsible for:
  • Latency: Slowness in processing transactions caused by network congestion or third-party server load.
  • Time-Outs: Transactions that fail to complete within a standard window due to slow responses from the receiving bank or mobile money platform.
  • Reconciliation Delays: Discrepancies in reporting caused by delayed status updates from third-party APIs.
